The boom was too tall for the bridge beams. </p> <blockquote dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"> <p > About 11 beams were damaged by the boom of the truck as it drove on the bridge. The tops of at least four of the beams were bent upward. <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /> </p> <p > The truck was traveling from <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 /> Wisconsin to Minnesota . The driver made it about 1/3 of the way across the bridge before he stopped the truck. </p></blockquote> <p>No one was injured by the accident. The bridge was closed for about two hours and traffic was rerouted. the bridge goes over the St. Croix River. It is unknown what kind of repairs the bridge will need.
