Michael K. Johnson is a partner with Goldenberg and Johnson, PLLC. He is a cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law. Michael is a trial attorney, handling automobile and truck collisions, product liability, workers' compensation, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, premises liability, dog bites, construction site injuries and wrong death cases since 1995. His exclusively plaintiff's practice has enabled him to successfully handle numerous construction site accident cases, including fall cases involving collapsing scaffolding and scissorlifts.
Michael's experience has also allowed him to successfully conclude complicated back, brain injury and paralysis claims on behalf of his clients. Michael exclusively plaintiffs' personal injury practice also allows him to handle dangerous pharmaceuticals, including Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, Viagra, Ortho Evra patch and Depo-Provera Contraceptive injection and defective medical devices including both the Guidant Ancure and Medtronic AneuRx abdominal aortic aneurysm stent graft, and Guidant, Medtronic and St, Jude’s defibrillator and pacemakers around the country.
